These terms and conditions apply only to Ballast Point Gift Cards which are sold online at www.ballastpoint.com and at Ballast Point retail stores to the public. Your use of the Ballast Point Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which may change at any time.

Expiration of a Ballast Point Gift Card

Ballast Point Gift Cards do not expire, however, we recommend you redeem your Ballast Point Gift Card soon after you receive it so you don’t forget or misplace your card.  Ballast Point does not charge a service fee or dormancy fee for non-use.

Redeeming a Ballast Point Gift Card

Ballast Point Gift Cards are redeemable at any Ballast Point retail location.  Ballast Point Gift Cards may not be used for gratuities.

Purchases will be deducted from the Ballast Point Gift Card until the value reaches zero. If the amount of your purchase exceeds the value of your Ballast Point Gift Card, you must pay the difference via credit card accepted by Ballast Point or cash.  Any unused balance will remain on your Ballast Point Gift Card, and balances will be redeemable for cash only where required by law.

Returns and Credits

The Ballast Point Gift Card itself is not returnable, redeemable or exchangeable for cash, except as required by law. If you would like to return an item that was purchased using a Ballast Point Gift Card, your refund will be credited back to you in the form of a new Ballast Point Gift Card.

Checking the Balance on a Ballast Point Gift Card

You can check the balance by scanning the Quick Response Code on the back of your card from any enabled mobile device, or by visiting or phoning any Ballast Point location, where an associate can help you.

Lost or Stolen Ballast Point Gift Cards

Please treat your Ballast Point Gift Card like cash. The value of the Ballast Point Gift Card will not be replaced if the Ballast Point Gift Card is lost, damaged or stolen.
