Enjoy a 45 minutes rhythm ride to a high energy playlist while you take in the fresh air and the beautiful views of Long Beach Marina. Stick around, take in the scenery and grab a bite to eat from the brunch menu.

Bikes are equipped with SPD pedals, as well as pedal cages. Spin shoes are not necessary. Athletic sneakers are acceptable.

Bikes are first come, first served.

Bring water, a towel, sun protection, and a friend (or three)!
