Our Quality labs are mainly focused on yeast health, propagation and fermentation, along with shelf-life stability and freshness. We’re able to map our beer’s “fingerprint” by measuring aromatics, which ensures batch-to-batch consistency, coast-to-coast.
To ensure you’re getting the best version of our beer in stores, we have a national Field Quality team to regularly check our beer storage, freshness, and overall quality standards. If you ever come across some less-than-stellar beer, let us know.
